We work with trial counsel to identify and develop legal issues, review case files and records, conduct investigation, select the appropriate procedure or sequence of procedures to be followed, and conduct the briefing and argument of each case with skill, dedication and professionalism. We also do civil appeals, complex motion practice and administrative appellate litigation.

Our attorneys are admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of New York, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third and Fourth Circuits. We have also handled Federal litigation on a pro hac vice basis throughout the country.
